Using Trenchy

Trenchy provides Solana reports, alerts, wallet tools, trading, and rewards through Telegram. Features may change or be unavailable. Use the verified @TrenchyBot, follow applicable law, and do not abuse the service, impersonate staff, or bypass access controls.

Reports are informational, not financial, legal, or tax advice. A detection or label does not establish ownership, intent, coordination, or token safety. Data may be incomplete, delayed, or incorrect. Trenchy does not guarantee profits, prices, execution, or uninterrupted availability.

Your account and wallet

Protect your Telegram account, devices, and keys. Check the token, destination, amount, settings, and fees before authorizing an action. You are responsible for your trading decisions and instructions.

Trenchy can request signatures for Privy-backed wallets through its authorized provider access. Import and explicit export pass key material through Trenchy and Telegram. Support will never need your private key. See Wallet and our Privacy Policy.

Transactions and risk

Crypto assets can lose some or all of their value. You accept the market and execution risks of your chosen transactions, including volatility, liquidity, slippage, token restrictions, and network or third-party failures.

Quotes are estimates and can expire. Your settings may authorize automatic submission without another confirmation tap. Review them before sending a token address. Confirmed blockchain transactions cannot be reversed through Trenchy.

A timeout does not establish failure. Check the original transaction before retrying. A successful transaction’s balance or receipt details may take additional time to appear. PnL and reports are estimates based on tracked activity, not tax records or guaranteed sale proceeds.

Fees, refunds, and rewards

Trenchy charges a 1% trading fee on buys and sells. Other actions, network fees, sender charges, and account rent are described in the Fees guide and the relevant preview. Network charges may apply even if a transaction fails.

All fees are non-refundable. This policy does not make a pending or failed transaction a completed trade or authorize an incorrect charge.

Cashback and referrals depend on eligible collected fees, attribution, and the applicable reward rate. Pending rewards are not completed payouts. Claims require the relevant conditions and a confirmed transfer. See Cashback, referrals & claims.

Material fee or reward-rate changes will be announced in advance and apply to future activity. They will not retroactively reduce rewards already earned under the applicable rules. Suspected accounting errors may be investigated and corrected based on verified records.

Availability and restrictions

We may pause or restrict access to address abuse, security incidents, maintenance, or legal requirements. Third-party outages may also prevent wallet actions. Contact support about access problems or outstanding balances; restrictions do not by themselves give Trenchy ownership of your assets or earned rewards.

Responsibility and legal rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available, without warranties of accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

A specific limitation of liability and governing-law/dispute provision remain subject to legal review. Accepting trading risk does not eliminate every responsibility of Trenchy or its providers.

Support and changes

General support is available in the Trenchy Lounge. Do not post private account details or keys in the group.

Material changes will be notified before they take effect. The final acceptance flow will identify the applicable terms and record acceptance where required.
