Information we use
Section titled “Information we use”Trenchy processes information needed to run its Telegram bot and website:
- Account and interaction details: Telegram user and chat identifiers, usernames, commands, and settings, to respond to requests and manage access.
- Scan and Watcher information: token and wallet addresses, reports, scan history, watched addresses, labels, and preferences, to provide reports and alerts.
- Wallet and trading records: wallet identifiers, quotes, orders, transaction signatures, positions, fees, and operation history, to carry out requested actions and reconcile results.
- Rewards records: referral attribution, cashback, balances, and claims, to calculate and pay eligible rewards.
- Technical records: errors, timing, rate limits, and audit records, to maintain reliability, investigate problems, and prevent abuse.
Public blockchain information can become linked to your Telegram account in our records. Reports requested in groups may be visible to other members.
Wallets and private keys
Section titled “Wallets and private keys”Trenchy uses Privy as its third-party wallet custody and signing provider. Trenchy requests authorized transaction signatures through Privy; ordinary transaction signing does not require Trenchy to retrieve your private key.
Importing or exporting your private key uses the private Telegram bot flow. Trenchy’s backend temporarily processes the key to complete your request, but does not view or retain it in its wallet database for Privy-backed wallets. Never send a key to support, a group, or an unsolicited direct message.
Services that receive information
Section titled “Services that receive information”Telegram handles bot interactions. Hosting and database providers process operational records. Blockchain, market-data, wallet, and transaction providers receive information needed to fulfill requests, including addresses and transaction details. Their processing may take place outside your country.
Solana transactions are public and cannot be erased by deleting a Trenchy record. Telegram and other providers may retain their own records. See Telegram’s Privacy Policy.
Website storage
Section titled “Website storage”This documentation website currently has no added analytics or advertising tracking. Search runs in your browser using a local index. Browser storage remembers functional preferences such as theme and sidebar state. External links take you to services with their own practices.
Retention and security
Section titled “Retention and security”Trenchy retains account, scan, Watcher, trading, and Rewards records to operate the service, reconcile activity, investigate problems, and prevent abuse.
You may request deletion through our private contact address below. Requests are reviewed individually; some records may need to be retained for security, transaction, dispute, or legal purposes. Immediate or automatic deletion of all records is not promised.
Public blockchain records cannot be deleted by Trenchy. Telegram and other providers manage their own records and retention.
We use safeguards such as access controls and encryption, but no system is completely secure. Protect your Telegram account, devices, and private keys.
Questions and privacy requests
Section titled “Questions and privacy requests”For private account questions and privacy requests, contact [email protected]. Never include private keys or seed phrases in an email.
Trenchy’s Lounge is our general support group. Do not post private account information, identity documents, or keys there.
Requests may require verification. Some records may need to be retained for legal, security, transaction, or dispute purposes; public blockchain and independent third-party records are outside Trenchy’s deletion control.
Changes
Section titled “Changes”We will give notice of material changes before they take effect and seek consent where required. The effective date will identify the current version.
