Support

The only official Trenchy community support group is Trenchy’s Lounge Telegram group. Use this link to get help, report a problem, or check whether a message claiming to be from the team is legitimate.

For private account questions and privacy requests, email [email protected]. Never include private keys, seed phrases, passwords, or login codes in an email.

Names, profile photos, and group logos can be copied. Use the official link rather than trusting a search result or a group invitation sent by a stranger.

Trenchy support will never ask for your private keys, seed phrase, Telegram login codes, or password. Never share them with anyone, including someone claiming to be an admin or a member of the team.

  • Be wary of DMs. Treat unsolicited messages offering support, account recovery, or a reward claim as suspicious. Return to the official group to verify the request before acting.
  • Check advice before following it. A helpful-looking message, even inside the group, does not make someone an official representative. Watch out for impersonators, fake giveaways, and promises of guaranteed profits.
  • Protect your keys. Never post a private key or seed phrase in the group, send one to a person in DMs, or include one in a screenshot. Anyone with it can control your wallet.
  • Check links and wallet requests. Do not connect your wallet, sign a transaction, install software, or send funds just because someone says it is required to fix a problem. Verify the request through the official support group first.

If you choose to import or export a wallet, use only the official @TrenchyBot private bot flow. That is separate from talking to support; support never needs your key.

Describe what you tried, what happened, and the error text. A transaction signature can help with a trading issue. If you share a screenshot, remove private keys, seed phrases, login codes, and unrelated personal information first. The support group is public to its members.
